After a decade in engineering, information technology and working weekends in restaurants to hone her skills, Karyn's fascination with cooking became more of a hobby and more of an obvious career change choice. As a result, she owns and operates iCookuEat Personal Chef services and brings her love of cooking to the masses. Not only does she offer great culinary creations, she's also available for consultations or any questions about cooking that need answering.
Cuisines that are close to her heart are Caribbean, Indian, Spanish, French, Italian, Thai, Vietnamese and Scandanavian. With her well-rounded background, the menu possibilities are practically endless. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and entirely too many cooking utensils.
